Help systems with their engineering and budget requirements by working with the systems engineers and auditors pertaining to the operation and maintenance of their system. Assist with billing software questions and water meter change-out programs. Work with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) establishing business plans. Also work with the USDA Rural Development and the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) to establish fair and equitable water and wastewater rates thus allowing systems to qualify for USDA and GEFA loans.
